Primary Department: General Surgery
Location: Denver, CO 80218
Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)
Schedule: 3×12s (Saturday–Monday)
Pay Rate: $60/hr. (W2)
Travel: $2300/weekly.
Job Summary: Provides weekend charge nurse leadership for the General Surgery unit, overseeing staffing, unit operations, and highquality patient care delivery.

- Lead weekend unit operations by coordinating staffing, assignments, and patient care flow.
- Serve as clinical lead and resource, supporting staff, resolving issues, and activating chain of command as needed.
- Ensure safe, compliant care delivery through effective communication, documentation, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Active RN license – Colorado or Compact
- BLS & ACLS – AHA
- Recent Charge Nurse & Mentoring experience in Surgery / Acute Care
