- Two years of the following experience is required: Maternal and child experience IV Insertion and phlebotomy skill Conscious sedation
- NRP - Required.
- New York State RN License.
- Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS, IV/Phlebotomy experience.
- NRP certified.
