Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) | Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: Rochester, NY 14620
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (With Possibilities of Extension)
Pay Rate: $38/hour. on W2
Pay Structure: Contract (Travel/Agency)
Shift: Nights – 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 36 hours/week
Scheduling Options: Block scheduling may be requested (Fri-Sat-Sun or Sat-Sun-Mon), but not guaranteed

- Unit Type: Elderly Care / Medical Telemetry
- Number of Beds: 36
- Charting System: EPIC
- Floating: May be required based on facility need
- Residency Requirement: Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of recent acute care LPN experience
- International candidates: Must have at least 3 years of U.S. work experience
Licenses & Certifications (Required):
- Active New York State LPN License
- AHA BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to elderly patients with varying medical and telemetry needs
