Job Title: RN LTAC: Travel
Job Location: Louisville, KY 40202
Job Duration: 3 Months+ (Possibility of Extension)

Patient Ratio: 6:1
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years recent LTAC & vent/trach experience
 
Job Summary:
The LTACH/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies and procedures. The RN demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to anticipate and plan for safe care delivery. They maintain clinical competencies through continuing education, delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
 
Facility Requirements:

• Must hold ACLS & BLS certifications (through the American Heart Association) – attach certifications with submission.
• Must have 2 years recent LTAC & vent/trach experience.
• Must hold a valid Kentucky RN license – attach license with resume.
• Candidate may be required to float to Kindred Louisville main campus.
