Job Title: Clinical Nurse Preoperative
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Days per week: 3 (34.5 hours/week)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $76/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
Registered Professional Nurse providing safe, competent, quality care within the Operating Room Unit. Applies nursing theory, research, and evidence-based practices to assess, plan, and deliver patient-centered care in a hospital perioperative setting.
Qualifications & Skills:
NYS Registered Nurse License (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)
Minimum 2 years RN experience, including 2 years in operating room or med/surg settings
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associate degree considered with relevant experience or ongoing BSN matriculation
Ability to work variable shifts in a hospital perioperative setting
Location: New York, NY
