Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
Location: Pompton Plains, NJ 07444
Duration: 12 months+ contract
Shift: 7 pm to 7 am (12 hours shift) Weekends and holidays as needed.
Note: Must be willing to commit up to 3 shifts per week. Hours are not guaranteed.
Pay Rate: $59/HR. ON W2
Note: Stipend is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Duties:
- Provide critical care for critically ill patients by monitoring vital signs, managing life support equipment like ventilators, administering complex medications, and performing continuous patient assessments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, create and implement care plans, maintain detailed patient records, and provide emotional support for both patients and their families.
- Consistently demonstrates competent clinical skills. Performs direct patient care activities in support of patient care delivery and team concept.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the conditions/diagnoses, procedures and equipment encountered for surgical patients.
- Individualizes patient care according to the procedure and type of anesthesia across the continuum of care.
Certifications & Licenses:
- RN - NJ State license or multistate license.
- ACLS - AHA
- BLS – AHA
