Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Enid, OK 73701
Duration: 3 + Months (Possibilities of Extension)
Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (3 x 12-hour shifts, various nights)
Note: Candidate must live within 100 miles of the facility
Job Overview:
The ICU nurse provides specialized care for critically ill patients across multiple disciplines including neurological, neuro-surgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma. The unit uses advanced technology such as ventilators, intracranial pressure monitors (ventriculostomies), cardiac monitors, pulmonary artery catheters, central and arterial lines, ECMO, Impella, CRRT, and more to support patient treatment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients using advanced medical technology.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient and family support.
- Perform patient care tasks in compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and operate complex medical equipment including ventilators, cardiac monitors, ECMO, and infusion pumps.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively within the care team.
Requirements:
- Current RN license to practice in the state/district (required).
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (required).
- NIHSS, BLS & ACLS certifications (required).
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program (required).
- BSN degree highly preferred.
- Must reside within 100 miles of the facility.
