Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Gastroenterology
Location: Waxahachie, TX 75165
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
 
Compensation:

• Pay Rate/hr: $61.63/hr (blended)
• Weekly Gross for 40 working hours: $2,465.38 (All-Inclusive)
• Pay Rate (W2): $28/hr. on W2
• Weekly Non-Taxable Per Diem: $1,245.38

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care while ensuring a smooth patient experience without preventable complications or delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care
• Educate patients and families about treatments and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations
• Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Active RN License (TX/compact state)
• BLS and ACLS Certifications
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience

Required Procedure Experience:

• Colonoscopy
• EGD
• ERCP
• Bravo Procedures
• Pain Procedures (Injections / Implants)

Interview Process:

• 1 Round Interview (Microsoft Teams)
