Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Tele
Location: Bricktown, NJ, 08724
Duration: 09/15/2025 – 12/13/2025
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts per week, every other weekend required, holidays as needed, no on-call requirement, first to float
Pay Range: $55-$58/hr.

• Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a Med Surg/Telemetry unit in a major acute care hospital setting.

• Strong Med Surg/Telemetry background required.

• Experience with non-titratable cardiac drips and medication required.

• ASN required.

• BSN preferred.

• BLS (AHA) – Required

• ACLS – Required

• Telemetry – Required

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.

• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.

• Identify patient needs and determine priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care.

• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.

• Document care based on standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.

• Advocate for evidence-based practices and support adoption of innovations in care delivery.

• Provide patient-centered care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model.

• Other duties as assigned.
