Job Location: Portland, ME 04102
Job Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible extension)
 
Shift: 7 am – 7 pm for Days.
 
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.
Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): 1:4 weekends, 12 hour shifts.
Call Requirements: One overnight call, 11 pm – 7 am for Trauma call, if on a specialty team, call will be scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Client).
 
Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced (minimum 3 years level 1 trained) Travel Nurse to join our team specializing in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures at our Level One Trauma Center.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in surgical nursing, exceptional patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-stress environment.
• RN must be competent in Robotics (Davinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomy's, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomy's, Cystectomy's, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopy's and Ureteroscopy's.
• RN must be comfortable with a patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• Level 1 trauma experience.

Preferred Skillset/Experience:

• General, GU/GYN, Client trauma, Client joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, Endovascular.

• Operating Room.
