Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: Mon-Fri (7 am – 4 pm)
Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr. on W2
About the Role:
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the LVN/LPN provides patient care in accordance with the Vocational Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulatory standards. This position serves a patient population ranging from young adults to geriatric patients in an outpatient setting, requiring collaboration across the healthcare team to deliver timely, safe, and quality care.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Maintain a safe, HIPAA-compliant patient care environment
- Complete accurate charting of patient records and equipment/quality measure logs
- Support the team in both direct and indirect patient care as assigned
- Assist with the care and maintenance of department equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members across the continuum of care
- Adapt care plans based on cultural needs; demonstrate sensitivity in caring for multicultural patients and families
- Participate in continuous quality improvement processes
- Apply knowledge of proper body mechanics, safety measures, and infection control protocols
Required Experience & Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic or healthcare-related setting
- Basic keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
