Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed LPN/LVN with strong clinical and organizational skills to provide on-site occupational health support within our Health Services team. This role supports compliance with occupational medical monitoring programs, delivers first aid and emergency care, and serves as a medical liaison across Environmental Health & Safety, HR, and all levels of management.
You will manage clinical appointments, collect and process medical data, support infectious disease protocols, and maintain accurate medical documentation. This position is essential in ensuring employee health and regulatory compliance while upholding the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and perform all aspects of the Occupational Medical Monitoring Program, including:
- Scheduling employee appointments
- Reviewing medical and occupational health history
- Collecting vitals, blood, urine, height/weight, spirometry
- Submitting medical data for physician clearance
- Managing the "Physician's Written Opinion" documentation
- Provide first aid and emergency response for workplace injuries
- Support return-to-work evaluations and telephonic triage, including post-COVID protocols
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and mid-level providers
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Serve as a point of contact between employees, EHS, HR, and management
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and Occupational Health Management Software (preferred) for documentation and communication
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license
- 2–4+ years of relevant experience
- Occupational health and/or industrial nursing experience
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Experience in infectious disease control
- Familiarity with Occupational Health Management System software
