Job Title: RN Stepdown Unit
Location: New York City
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3 shifts/week | 11.5 hours per shift
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $58/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse responsible for delivering safe, competent, and high-quality patient care in a stepdown hospital setting. The role emphasizes relationship-centered care, critical thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education, and quality and safety practices to support patient outcomes and hospital standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Location: New York City

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Licenses: NYS RN License, BLS Certification.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of cardiology, telemetry, and VAD experience required.
- Technical Skills: EPIC experience highly preferred.
- Other Requirements: Must have Stepdown unit experience in a hospital setting.
