Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU
Location: Royal Oak, MI 48073
Duration: 3 Months+ contract (Possibilities of Extension)

Shift: 5 pm - 1:30 am/ 1 pm - 9:30 pm, 8 hrs shift, weekends and holidays as needed.
 
Duties:

• Monitor patients recovering from surgery and anesthesia, managing their vital signs, pain, and any anesthesia side effects. 
• Duties include assessing patients' condition, administering medications, providing emotional support, educating patients and families on post-op care, and collaborating with the surgical and medical teams. 
• The role is critical for ensuring patient safety during the immediate recovery phase. 

• RN - MI State license or can apply upon offer.
• ACLS - AHA
• BLS – AHA
• PALS – Preferred

• 2 strong (recent) years of critical care and PACU exp required
