Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse – Float
Location: Dallas, GA 30157
Duration: 4+ Months (Possibilities of Extension)
Schedule: 32–40 hours/week (Full-Time Contingent)
Position Summary:

Location: Dallas, GA 30157
Duration: 4+ Months (Possibilities of Extension)
Schedule: 32–40 hours/week (Full-Time Contingent)
- Includes every other weekend
- May require floating to nearby locations
- Shifts range from 7 to 10 hours, scheduled in 6-week blocks after 3 weeks of training
- Must be available for some major holidays
Position Summary:

With a focus on 1:1 patient interaction, exceptional tools, and healthy work environments, you’ll help improve patient outcomes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Administer vaccinations and injections (influenza, COVID-19, TB, etc.)
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Provide emergency care support alongside the provider
- Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout
- Support waiting room operations, outreach calls, and appointment scheduling
- Serve as chaperone for sensitive exams
- Ensure the clinic and patient spaces are prepared and welcoming
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
- Previous experience administering immunizations and injections
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Ability to perform CPR and use an AED
- Must pass FIT test and wear respirator when required
- BLS certification (AHA) — must be valid for at least 30 days beyond start date
- Must hold a full, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in any U.S. state, territory, or D.C.
- Graduate of a state-approved or NLNAC-accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR
