Contract: 12 months+ with possible extension
Shift: Days: 3*8s - 24 hrs/weekly
Pay Range: $70 to $75/hr. on W2

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience - preferably in Occupational Health, Employee Health, or Public Health
- An active, unrestricted RN license in California is required.
- BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association) is required.
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN or COHN-S) is preferred
- Experience in case management or employee health program development and OSHA guidelines.
Job Description:
- Perform pre-employment and annual health assessments, including immunizations and health screenings.
- Manage employee injuries and illnesses, providing treatment, documentation, and follow-up care.
- Administer vaccinations, TB testing, and drug/alcohol screenings as needed.
- Maintain confidential employee health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide health education and counselling to employees on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle management.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state health regulations.
- Assist with workers’ compensation cases, including case management and return-to-work evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR, Environmental Health, and Safety teams to implement effective health and wellness programs.
