Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Description:
MANDATORY QUESTIONNAIRE
*Please answer the following questions and send back ASAP. An offer cannot me made without these answers.*
1. Is your candidate aware that they are being submitted to Cone and have you reviewed the job description with them? (Y or N)
2. Is your candidate flexible with scheduling and aware that the client has a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences? (Y or N)
3. Are there any barriers (ex. upcoming vacation) that would prevent your candidate from completing compliance on time? The compliance deadline is 12 Noon EST the Wednesday prior to the start date. (Y or N)
4. Is your candidate aware of the Pass Fail EKG exam required by all RNs for Client regardless of specialty? (Y or N)
*NOTE: Posted as MS Tele due to EKG requirement for all RNs & tele capable unit. However, the patient population will be primarily MS*
3x12s, Nights, 7p-7a
EOW, holidays as needed.
Float required as needed. Subject to float between all Client campuses.
Minimum 2 years experience required. FIRST TIME TRAVELERS OK!
*BLS
*Previous Charge RN exp preferred.
*Ratios 1:5-6
*Intepretation and Mgmt of Dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response Teams
*Peripheral Line Care Mgmt
*Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway mgmt.
*Isolation precautions
*EPIC
Patient Diagnoses includes but is not limited to the following:
Observation patients
Respiratory conditions and or problems (Oxygen up to 6L NC or by facemask. Higher levels of oxygen will require a higher level of care. Trach collar should be at no higher than 40%)
General Medical Surgical Diagnoses as appropriate
Palliative, End of Life, Hospice patients
Psychiatric Observation
Diabetes (including new diabetics, patients with complications related to diabetes
Surgical patients, surgical observation
