Job Title: RN – Telemetry (Travel)
The Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN Tele) performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with the standards set by the State Board of Nursing. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Hours per Week: 36
The Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN Tele) performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with the standards set by the State Board of Nursing. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through ongoing collection and evaluation of clinical data
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Provide health teaching and counseling to patients and families
- Deliver therapeutic and restorative treatments to support patient recovery
- Monitor patient therapy and treatment plans
- Document patient care according to hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Delegate and supervise care activities when appropriate
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Refer patients for additional evaluation or specialty care when needed
- Float to other units within competency if required
- 2 Years of RN Experience in MS/Tele
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
- BLS – American Heart Association (AHA)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
