Pay Rate: $33.00 – $54.45 per hour (based on experience, plus differentials)
Shift: Days / Evenings / Nights (varies by unit)
Schedule: 36 hours per week
Interview Requirement: In-person or virtual interview as required
Note: New Grads accepted (0-9 months of experience + Active RN License)

This role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred based on unit)
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior acute care or specialty unit experience (ER, ICU, OR)
- BSN degree
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Shift Differentials:
- Evening: $3.30/hr
- Night: $6.00/hr
- Weekend: $10.00/hr
- Holiday: 50% of base rate
- Specialty (OR, ER, ICU): $2.00/hr
- Differentials may be combined
Relocation Incentive (2-year commitment):
- 50–250 miles: $2,500
- 251–500 miles: $5,000
- 501+ miles: $10,000
Pay-in-Lieu-of-Benefits (PLB):
- Full-Time: 30% added to base rate
- Part-Time: 20% added to base rate
- Ranging from $15,000 to $40,000 based on role, shift, and commitment length
