Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU
Job Location: Santa Fe, NM 87505
Job Duration: 3+ Months (Possibility of extension)

Shift: 4x10s — 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Length: Full-Time Traveler (to cover 2 part-time FMLA absences)
 
Licensure & Certifications:

• Required:
  • Current NM RN license or Compact State License
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS (from AHA)
• Preferred: Epic EMR experience

• 1 weeknight call per week
• 2 weekend shifts/month (Saturday & Sunday)

• Provide age-specific, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure safe, efficient, and respectful care
• Uphold the mission, values, and standards of the facility

• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Knowledge of patient rights and nursing standards
• Ability to manage stress, emergencies, and changing schedules
• Proficient with physical tasks (e.g., transferring patients, standing long hours)

• Bloodborne pathogen exposure (Category B or C depending on unit)
• Clean, ventilated, and smoke-free workplace
• Stressful and high-acuity clinical setting

• Prolonged standing, heavy lifting, and mobility tasks
• Visual/hearing acuity within normal/correctable limits
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills required
