Department: MS/Telemetry
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3x12s Every Other Weekend (EOW) + 4th Shift Per Month
Hours: 34.5 per week / 11.5 per day
Pay Rate: $53/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, evidence-based care to Telemetry/Med-Surg patients. This role incorporates the principles of Relationship Centered Care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and a commitment to patient education, safety, and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
- Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure & Certifications:
- Active NYS Registered Nurse License
- BLS & ACLS certification required

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years recent Telemetry/Med-Surg experience in a hospital setting
- 2 years overall RN experience
- 1 year of travel nursing preferred

Technical Skills:
- Ventilator management
- Telemetry monitoring
- EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
