Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89106
Duration: 3 Months+
Pay Rate: $70/hr. on W2
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM
-
Night Shift: 07:00 PM – 07:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Weekend Requirement: Yes, as scheduled
Role Overview:
Seeking experienced ER RNs to deliver quality emergency care in a 54-bed unit serving adult patients. RNs will manage acute and urgent conditions, provide direct patient care, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment averaging 140 cases/day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency and trauma care to adult patients
- Maintain patient safety and deliver care according to established protocols
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Experience:
- 2+ years of recent ER experience
Certifications (Required):
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Certifications (Preferred):
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
