Shift: Days & Nights - 12hr/36/week
Pay Local: $70/hr - $80/hr - W2
Pay Travel: $2800 - $3300/ Gross weekly (stipend available if >50 miles)

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-acuity, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit environment
- Continuously monitor, assess, and document critically ill patients’ conditions and responses to treatment
- Operate and manage advanced ICU equipment (ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, CRRT, etc.)
- Administer medications, IV drips, blood products, and critical interventions per protocol
- Collaborate with physicians, intensivists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to execute care plans
- Rapidly recognize and respond to life-threatening changes in patient condition
- Provide support and education to patients and families during critical situations
- Maintain accurate, timely charting in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory standards
- Uphold infection control, safety, and quality-of-care benchmarks at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- Active California RN License (in good standing)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience (acute care hospital setting)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA preferred)
- Strong experience with ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients
