Job Description:
The role focuses on defining tools and processes to support organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition. Manages projects typically lasting up to 12 months, with budgets around $1 million, involving multiple business functions and regional scope.
 
Project Scope Management:
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and customers to define business benefits, requirements, and project scope.
  • Manage change control related to scope and assess impacts on time, cost, and quality.
Project Time Management:
  • Define project schedules, manage task assignments, and track progress against the schedule.
Project Cost Management:
  • Facilitate level-of-effort estimating, develop asset acquisition requirements, and track/report actuals versus forecasts.
Project Quality Management:
  • Provide guidance on project methodology and best practices.
  • Define and manage project success/delivery criteria and monitor realization against set criteria.
 
Project Risk Management:
  • Develop risk management plans, analyze risks by criticality, probability, and impact.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies, assign owners and action plans.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience as a business/process leader or industry expert.
  • Alternatives accepted: PhD or Law + 8 yrs; Masters + 9 yrs; Associates + 11 yrs; High School + 12 yrs.
 
Role Summary:
Lead a cross-functional GEO/Global project team focused on creating a Digital Repair Service in EMEA, designed for scalability to other geographies. Collaborate closely with the EMEA PM and other regional teams.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and align global repair strategy and roadmap.
  • Consolidate and synthesize disparate information into actionable insights.
  • Create and communicate roadmaps for key stakeholders.
  • Define the global repair service strategy.
  • Capture and share key learnings.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate success metrics and reporting.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Ability to drive clarity out of ambiguity.
  • Self-starter with critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
