Job Description:
The role focuses on defining tools and processes to support organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition. Manages projects typically lasting up to 12 months, with budgets around $1 million, involving multiple business functions and regional scope.
Project Scope Management:
- Collaborate with project sponsors and customers to define business benefits, requirements, and project scope.
- Manage change control related to scope and assess impacts on time, cost, and quality.
- Define project schedules, manage task assignments, and track progress against the schedule.
- Facilitate level-of-effort estimating, develop asset acquisition requirements, and track/report actuals versus forecasts.
- Provide guidance on project methodology and best practices.
- Define and manage project success/delivery criteria and monitor realization against set criteria.
Project Risk Management:
- Develop risk management plans, analyze risks by criticality, probability, and impact.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies, assign owners and action plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience as a business/process leader or industry expert.
- Alternatives accepted: PhD or Law + 8 yrs; Masters + 9 yrs; Associates + 11 yrs; High School + 12 yrs.

- Coordinate success metrics and reporting.
