Job Description:
- The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, facilitating working sessions, translating strategy into execution, and partnering closely with product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders.
- This role is based in the Dunwoody / Atlanta metropolitan area and will work closely with a high-performing team focused on modernizing how work gets done across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end to end business transformation initiatives aligned to enterprise strategy and value streams.
- Partner with Business Transformation leads, Product, Technology, Operations, and Data teams to ensure initiatives align to strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Assist with stakeholder assessment, engagement planning, and change readiness activities.
- Contribute to business cases, problem statements, and opportunity framing.
- Facilitate and document journey mapping, current and future state process mapping, and root cause analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured process designs, personas, and solution concepts.
- Partner with UX, Product, and Technology teams to ensure business problems are fully understood and addressed in solution design.
- Support process exploration efforts, including identification of efficiency opportunities, automation candidates, and decision points.
- Create and maintain L1–L3 process maps, Journey Maps, decision flows, and supporting documentation.
- Support business SMEs throughout solution implementation, adoption, and transition to steady-state.
- Support Change Manager as needed with Org Readiness.
- Contribute to defining success metrics and monitoring outcomes post implementation.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and design reviews with cross functional stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, insights, and risks clearly to diverse audiences (business, product, and technical teams).
- Operate effectively in environments with evolving requirements and imperfect information.
- Partner with the team as they explore and adopt AI tools and Copilot-style agents to support:
- Process documentation and analysis.
- Insight generation and synthesis.
- Workshop preparation and follow ups.
- Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn how AI can augment traditional transformation work (hands on expertise not required, but openness is essential).
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, consulting, or related roles.
- Process mapping and documentation.
- Journey mapping and customer/business personas.
- Facilitating workshops and working sessions.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable artifacts.
- Comfortable working across business, product, and technology teams.
- Experience operating in matrixed, cross functional environments.
- Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma concepts is a plus (Yellow or Green Belt beneficial, not required).
- Interest in emerging technologies and AI enabled ways of working.
