Job Summary:
- Lead the design and execution of Client's Performance Process, including the Year-End Cycle.
- This role partners closely with cross functional partners, HR Business Partners, people leaders, and other key stakeholders to define to process, establish timelines and guidance, and develop content.
- The role is responsible for developing communications, training materials, and supporting resources to enable people leaders and clients to effectively participate in the Year End process.
- The candidate needs to be detail oriented as they will manage the end-to-end process including process design, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.

Education:

BA Degree: Human Resources or related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel.
