Job Title: Staff RN - Observation Unit
Location: Milwaukee, WI and Menomonee Falls, WI
Duration: 3 Months / 13 weeks (High possibilities of extension or a fulltime based on business needs and individual performance)
Shift: 12-hour days/nights

Job Summary:
- Patient Assessment: Monitor and assess patients requiring short-term observation, ensuring timely interventions.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to determine appropriate treatment plans and discharge readiness.
- Clinical Monitoring: Administer medications, track vital signs, and observe for changes in patient conditions.
- Emergency Response: Recognize and respond quickly to any deterioration in patient status, escalating care as needed.
- Education & Documentation: Educate patients on follow-up care and discharge instructions while maintaining accurate medical records.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field strongly desired.
Education:
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Preferred
Certifications and Licenses:
- RN License of WI or Compact State License
- BLS (AHA)
