Summary
- The Outpatient Clinic RN provides direct nursing care in an ambulatory/primary care clinic setting.
- This role supports preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day patient needs while working closely with providers and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
- Perform patient assessments, intake, and clinical triage
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per protocol
- Assist providers with exams and minor procedures
- Provide patient education and care coordination
- Manage phone triage, follow-ups, and EHR documentation
- Support quality, safety, and infection control standards.
- Strong communication, triage, and documentation skills.
- Experience with EHR systems.
- Active RN license (WA or compact).
- 1–2 years of recent outpatient/ambulatory or primary care RN experience.
- BLS certification.
