• 3 Years PACU experience with recent years.

Float Requirements:

• Yes.
• Will float to Bramhall PACU/IMC/ICU.
• Candidate MUST FLOAT AS NEEDED.

Education & Certifications Required:

Required Certifications:

• BLS.
• ACLS.
• PALS.

Education:

• Online Education Modules.
• As well as unit orientation based upon employee need.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 40 pre post beds. 9 overnight bays (23-hour short stay embedded).

• Patient Ratios: 2:1 Phase 1 Care (up to 3–4 in 23-hour stay).

• Equipment: IV PUMPS, PCAS, Epidurals, A lines, Tele Monitoring, TEE/CV.

• EMR: Epic.

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• Must be able to read tele strips.
• Pre-Operative and Post Operative; ICU experience required.
• Pre and Post Procedure TEE/CV/CATH/EP OR Procedures.
• Cardiac Drips, IVs, Tele Monitoring, PH 1 Care, Groin management, EKGS.
• Must have Trauma Level 1 Experience.
• Must have Prior Travel Experience.
• Call requirements.

Preferred Skillset/Experience:

• Type of Patients on Unit: Cath/EP/TEE Cardioversion OR procedures. Pre-Post Vascular, Robotic TAVRS, Pediatric CATHs.

Personality Fit:

• Team player.
• Excellent communication skills and flexible.
• Can-Do Attitude.
