Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Description:
MANDATORY QUESTIONNAIRE
*Please answer the following questions and send back ASAP. An offer cannot me made without these answers.*
1. Is your candidate aware that they are being submitted to Cone and have you reviewed the job description with them? (Y or N)
2. Is your candidate flexible with scheduling and aware that the client has a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences? (Y or N)
3. Are there any barriers (ex. upcoming vacation) that would prevent your candidate from completing compliance on time? The compliance deadline is 12 Noon EST the Wednesday prior to the start date. (Y or N)
4. Is your candidate aware of the Pass Fail EKG exam required by all RNs for Client regardless of specialty? (Y or N)
**IMPORTANT NOTE! - This is a MEDICAL OVERFLOW FLOAT POOL. Traveler will experience patients from ALL levels of acuity ranging from ICU to MS. In the event there are no patients, traveler could be floated to another dept or campus if needed. Traveler may also float to the ED to task. Patient Ratios are 1:6**
CANDIDATES WILL INTERVIEW!
3x12s, Days, 7a-7p
Friday - Sunday
Minimum 2 yrs experience required. TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
*BLS, ACLS required.
*Previous Charge exp preferred.
Patient Diagnoses: Respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest, severe sepsis, CHF, arrhythmias, seizure epilepsy, GI bleed, overdose, post-surgical monitoring, congestive heart failure, pulmonary emboli, drug overdoses, cardiac arrythmias. Also included would be patients requiring complicated medical and ventilator management. Low volume populations include patients with unstable angina, cerebral vascular accidents, and DKA. Cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation, pharmacological support, and interventions in case of respiratory or cardiac arrest
