Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN Float - MC
Job Duration: 6+ Months (Possibilities of extension )
Shift: Schedule is 4 days/9hr shifts Monday Friday.
Job Location: Chicago IL 60610
Areas include: Evanston, Chicago Clark & Division, Chicago W 31st, Chicago- Broadway St.
Position Summary
This is a full-time, temporary/contract LPN/LVN position requiring floating between two clinic locations in Cape Coral and Estero, FL. The role includes administering immunizations (COVID, influenza, TB), obtaining vital signs, assisting with patient intake and checkout, supporting emergency care, and contributing to overall clinic operations. Candidates must have an active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license,

Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room. Previous experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record
Day off will be either Tuesday or Wednesday - candidates choice
Education:
The LPN/LVN must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.

- Previous experience administering immunizations and injections and providing evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Must have minimum 1-2 years immunization + COIVD & Flu vaccine experience.
Preferred Qualifications
