Location: Brighton, CO - 80601
Duration: 3+ Months (Extension Possible)

Shift: Night Shift | 12hr | 36 Hr/Week
Pay Local: $50 - $55/hr. – W2
Pay Travel: $1700 - $2150 Gross weekly


Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical care environment. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care while adhering to established clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards
• Assess patient conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Continuously monitor and document patient health status and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Provide patient education, counseling, and support to promote health and recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Review and adjust care plans based on patient progress and clinical findings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies
• Refer patients for further evaluation or specialized care as needed
• Support and uphold organizational mission, vision, and service standards
• Float to other departments and participate in on-call rotations as required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to perform all essential duties in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
