Job Title: RN – Neuro ICU
Location: Milwaukee, WI, 53226
Duration: 06/23/2025 – 09/25/2025
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30, 12-hour shifts
Schedule: 3 days/week, 36 hours/week
Additional Scheduling Notes: Float required. ICU experience required. ACLS required.
Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.

Demonstrates competency in care delivery to a primarily adult population.

Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.
Education:
-
BSN or nursing diploma required.
-
Non-BSN RNs with <1 year of experience must enroll in a BSN or higher degree program within 15 months of hire and complete it within 5 years (6 years if MSN/DNP/PhD).
Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Licensure & Certifications:
-
Current Wisconsin RN license or Multi-state Nursing License from an NLC state

American Heart Association (AHA) BLS (or AHA-approved equivalent) required within 90 days of hire
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Clinical competence and experience with target patient populations in the Neuro ICU

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice from an accredited School of Nursing

ICU experience required
-
ACLS certification required
