Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Fremont, CA
Duration: 3 + Months (with potential extension)
Schedule: 3×12s | Night (08:00 PM - 08:00 AM)
Pay Local: $60 - $70/hr. on W2
Pat Travel: $2500/week - $3000/week
Note: Stipend is also provided to the candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon admission, addressing physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Reassess patient health status at least every shift and as conditions change.
• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications using the “7 Rights” and document patient response accurately.
• Perform procedures in alignment with hospital policy, sterile techniques, and patient privacy standards.
• Demonstrate competency in disaster response, restraints management, and ED patient flow (including Rapid Medicine Evaluation).
• Provide care across the age continuum, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Licensure: Active CA RN License
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS, PALS
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 years in ED/Trauma (3 years preferred)
• At least 1 year of travel experience
