Job Title: Travel RN - Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night Shift)
Schedule: 3 days per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Job Summary:
The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; and provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Education:

Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Colorado or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume).
Licensure & Certifications:

ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached to the submission).
Required Skills & Experience:

2 to 5 years of RN experience.

Vent/trach experience.

Knowledge of central lines.

Preferred wound care experience.
Facility Requirements:
