Job Title: RN - Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) - Travel
Location: Denver, CO 80218
Duration: 3 Months+
Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night Shift)
Schedule: 3 days per week, 12.5 hours per shift.
Pay rate: $60/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
- The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
- The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care.
- Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.
- Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Education:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Colorado or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume).
Licensure & Certifications:
- ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached to the submission).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of RN experience.
- Vent/trach experience.
- Knowledge of central lines.
- Preferred wound care experience.
Facility Requirements:
- Patient ratios are 1:6.
