P3CD acutely losing one night RN to ICU adding to the existing FTE variance of 5.25. Travelers' contracts (one ends in May & one in September) make up for 2 RN needs on night shift, but will still have 3.45 FTE needs unmet (of our total unmet budgeted 5.25 FTEs on nights).
