Labor & Delivery RN Labor and Delivery
Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery (L&D)
Location: 1050 W Galleria Dr, Henderson, NV 89011
Pay Rate: $75/hr
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights – 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Job Summary:
The Labor & Delivery RN provides specialized care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The nurse plays a critical role in ensuring safe delivery practices, monitoring for complications, and providing emotional and clinical support to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery

Support obstetricians during deliveries and potential emergency procedures

Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed

Perform neonatal assessments immediately after delivery

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Educate and support families through childbirth process
Requirements:

Active RN license in Nevada
-
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience (preferred)

Certifications Required:
-
BLS (AHA)
-
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
-
AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or Advanced)
