Department Stepdown
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Every Other Weekend)
Hours per Week: 34.5 (3 shifts/week, 11.5 hours/shift)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Pay Range: $56/hr. - $58/hr. negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices. The nurse will work in a stepdown unit and float as needed to Cardiac Telemetry and CCU/CTICU Stepdown units.
Qualifications & Skills:
Location: New York, NY

- License: NYS Registered Nurse (RN)
- Certifications: BLS required
- Education: BSN preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing acceptable with experience or active BSN enrollment

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- At least 2 years in cardiology, telemetry, or VAD
- 1 year of travel nursing experience (not required for per diem roles)
- Technical Skills: EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
