Job Title: Registered Nurse Outpatient Clinic
Locations: Lithonia, GA 
Duration: 13 weeks  (Possible Extension)
Shift: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM
Rate: Best in Market
 
Job Summary:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Carries out nursing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Completes and documents initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Performs care interventions and evaluates them against patient goals
• Adjusts or modifies treatment plans as directed or indicated by the supervisor
• Provides patient and family education on disease prevention and management
• Delegates patient care tasks to other members of the team as necessary
• Works collaboratively with the care team to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Provides additional guidance to patients over the phone as necessary
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Skills in patient interviewing, assessment, and education.
• Adaptability to unpredictable situation.

 
Virtual Care/TeleHealth RN (on-site)
Utilize various telecommunications to provide patient care
Manager electronic and telephonic patient messages and triages to Physician
BLS
 
License & Certifications:

• RN License
• ACLS/BLS
