Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - High Risk Antepartum
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: 3 months+ (Possible Extension)
 
Job Summary:
Provides nursing care under general supervision to patients with a range of health problems, from simple to complex.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Assumes responsibility for an assigned group of patients.
• Documents patient responses to interventions and physician orders.
• Assists physicians with examinations, minor diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
• Obtains and monitors patient physiological data; intervenes as needed.
• Administers medications, IV infusions, and blood products.
• Provides competent patient care and communicates care plans to patients and families.
• Makes referrals regarding patient care needs.
• Delegates tasks to support staff as appropriate.

 
Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Basic computer skills.
