Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Adult)
Job Title: Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Adult)
Location: Bronx, NY 10451
Duration: 3+ months (Possible extensions or FT Conversions)
Shift: Days/ Nights
Schedule: 3 days per week, 34.5 hours per week, 11.5-hour shifts.
Weekly Gross: $2880/ week (Negotiable – Local/ travel contracts)
Job Summary
Two years of the following experience is required: Emergency room experience is required. IV insertion and phlebotomy skill is required. Conscious sedation.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active New York State RN License – Required
- Primary source verification – Required
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required
- AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - Preferred
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years Emergency Room experience – Required
- IV insertion and phlebotomy skills – Required
- Conscious sedation experience – Required
