Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Care Manager
Job Location: Bronx, NY 10461
Job Duration: 2- 3 Months+ (Possibility of extension)
Shift time: 10AM to 6PM
Pay Range - $65 - $70/hr. on w2
Note: We have openings for Manhattan/ Brooklyn/ Bronx/ Queens (choose any location, shift, department as per experience)

Position Overview:
- 5 years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning
- Computer literacy required
Education:
- Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program - Required
- Bachelors or master’s in nursing - Preferred
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
- PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment.
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
- -BLS.
- Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -Case Management Certification.
