Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: New York, NY
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Ambulatory Care
Pay Rate: $43/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program and licensure by New York State Department of Health.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Successful completion of New York State Department of Health LPN IV Therapy Initial Program and annual IV therapy updates.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Ambulatory Care setting.
- Skilled in medication administration, IV therapy setup, and blood product administration.
- Ability to provide routine nursing care and assist with patient rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to support patient/family education.
- Competence in emergency response and resuscitative procedures.
