Job Title: LVN/LPN – New Member Desk
Location: Portland, OR (97210)
Duration: 13 Week with possible extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Job Summary
The LVN/LPN will support the onboarding of new members by conducting intake processes, scheduling care, and coordinating healthcare services within Kaiser’s system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct new member onboarding questionnaires
- Schedule PCP appointments
- Assign members to PCP panels
- Coordinate referrals to departments (dental, specialty, etc.)
- Provide support for member service needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- Active OR and WA LPN/LVN license
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in patient interaction or outpatient setting preferred

- Active Oregon + Washington LPN license

- Experience interacting with patients
