Requirements:
- RN GA license/ Compact
- BLS (AHA)
- 1 Year Outpatient RN experience (ER/Urgent care/ICU)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, including assessments, treatments, and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes and adherence to care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond promptly to urgent situations.
Experience
- Most clinic/urgent care RN postings at Gwinnett require clinical experience — often 2+ years with at least some ambulatory or urgent care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, triage, communication, and EMR proficiency.
- Ability to manage a dynamic, multi-service ambulatory environment.
- Outpatient/ambulatory clinic (day shift, no inpatient ratios).
- High patient flow, team-based care
