Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Tele
Location: Bricktown, NJ, 08724
Duration: 06/02/2025 – 09/06/2025
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM
Schedule: 3 Days Per Week, 36 Hours Per Week
Additional Scheduling Notes: 3x12hr shifts. Every other weekend. Holidays as needed. No on-call.
Pay Range: $55-$60/hr.

• Responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.
• Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs and priorities through assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized plan of care through initial and ongoing assessments.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions and manages care of patients.
• Documents care based on standards of care/practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocates for evidence-based practice and supports adoption of care innovations.
• Provides patient-centric care aligned with the professional nursing practice model.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:
• Not specified

Licensure & Certifications:
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license – Required
• BLS – AHA – Required
• NIHSS – Required

Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in a Med Surg/Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting – Required
• Strong Med Surg/Tele background – Required
