San Francisco Bay Area locations: Vallejo, Santa Clara, Santa Rosa, and Richmond , CA
Duration: 3 + Months contract (Possibility of Extension)
Start: Mid Oct
Shifts Available: Days & Nights | 36 hrs/week | 12-hour shifts
Travel Package: $3100–$3300/week (blended)
Local Pay– $74/hr. (W2)

We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical need contract assignment in San Francisco, CA. The Tele RN will provide high-quality care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for adults on a Telemetry/Stepdown unit.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify arrhythmias, reporting changes promptly.
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, patient safety, and infection control standards.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA.
- Minimum 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) Telemetry RN experience.
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- Basic Arrhythmia course required.
