Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - OR
Location: Red Bank, NJ, 07701
Duration: 05/26/2025 – 08/18/2025
Shift: 4x10s or 5x8s
Schedule: 5 Days Per Week, 40 Hours Per Week
Additional Scheduling Notes: 13-week assignment. Robotic, Ortho, and Spine experience required.
Pay Range: $63-$68/hr.
Job Summary:
• Primarily responsible for applying the nursing process to the care of veteran patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Ensures appropriate documentation reflects patient needs, interdisciplinary treatment plans, clinical interventions, and response evaluations.
• Assigns and evaluates the work of non-nursing direct care providers in the operating room.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
• ASN – Required
• BSN – Preferred
Licensure & Certifications:
• BLS – AHA – Required
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license – Required
• ACLS – AHA – Preferred
• PALS – Preferred
Required Skills & Experience:
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel
